Senior Planner
Responsibilities:
- Review monthly forecast from Sales Group, determine required wafers and packaged parts
- Issue monthly forecast to wafer foundries and assembly / test vendors.
- Work with Pulsecore’s Operations team in Bangalore, issue Operations commitment to forecast.
- Issue Manufacturing purchase orders to vendors and enter these in Oracle.
- Provide back up to Bangalore Operations Group for processing pick lists and Oracle transactions.
- Enter new items in Oracle as needed that includes all manufacturing and cost data.
- Make sure Oracle data base reflects correct information at all times.
- Compile weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports that track performance to commitment.
- Develop tools that help streamline data analysis and reporting
Qualifications:
- BS or BA degree in a related field is required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, inventory control and scheduling.
- Must have superior Excel skills (macros and pivot tables), Word and experience with Oracle system .
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Be able to work off hours with Operations team in Bangalore
Failure Analysis Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Analyze failures from production, qualification tests and
customer returns.
- Determine failure modes, conduct root cause analysis, issue
timely reports from findings.
- Participate in testing proposed solutions for improved product
yield, quality and reliability.
- Support R&D and product development teams in evaluation
of new materials and processes.
- Work with product development and quality teams in understanding
failure mechanisms involved in environmental testing.
- Speak to customers as needed to give details as to the cause
of the failures and recommend solutions.
- Assist in Quality Assurance related efforts.
Requirements:
- MS in Electrical Engineering, Device Physics or Material
Sciences.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in FA or QA / Reliability
environment.
- Exceptional writing, presentation and communication skills.
- Must be able to travel as needed (domestic/international).
- Must be able to work off hours with our team in Bangalore
as needed.
- Knowledge of CMOS technology.
- Familiarity with QA flow and ability to communicate this
effectively to customers.
